Your CV is probably horrendous. I’ll sort it out for you.

Friday night – CV time. Probably not something that you've said before but I'll be honest here. I'm starting my own company called Slingshot with the aim being to teach job hunting that works. In my quest to commercialise this venture (you'd be amazed at how resistant people are to being helped, especially when they have to pay some real money to a starving entrepreneur!). My days are filled with trying to build my fledgling revolutionary company, however what I'm not getting enough of is sitting down with people and smashing out some CV/careers advice that literally blows their minds.
Given that this is what motivates me, is what I'm damn good at, and is what I enjoy, I'd like to get some more of it in my life, hence the free vibes. The deal is, I'll be working in the Jam Factory on Friday night from 17:00-20:00, so if you need some divine wisdom or an impartial kick up the proverbial, I'd love to meet you. I'm particularly keen on Uni Students undergrad/postgrad/recent grad as you can help me work out how to take down improve the careers services @ Brookes and Oxford which I've heard distinctly mixed reviews about. If loads (like two) of you rock up at the same time, I'll be brutalising your CV infront of the other attendees, helps us all learn a little bit better.
Why should you come and see me? Well I'm young, ridiculously motivated, experienced in recruitment and HR, a writer/blogger and quit my day job in the middle of the recession and hitched up some epic debt to start a company that teaches people how to find awesome jobs. I've taken over 100 people from, 'OMG what am I going to do with my life,' to 'mmm life is good.' Oh and I'm also doing a degree with the Open University in Business Management and Economics as if my days weren't long enough. Still don't believe me, fine, here's James Caan, he likes my vibes:
